I've spent 15+ years in enterprise technology on the hiring side of the table. Along the way, I found myself doing something that wasn't in my job description — mentoring the professionals around me through the big career decisions that rarely get talked about honestly.
People came to me when they were stuck at inflection points. When they had an offer they weren't sure about. When they knew they needed to make a move but couldn't get out of their own head. When their career was going well on paper but felt wrong in practice.
What I noticed was that the gap between where they were and where they wanted to be was never a skills gap. It was a clarity gap. They needed someone to pressure-test their thinking, cut through the noise, and help them make a decision they could actually stand behind.
Over a decade and a half of doing this informally, I decided to make it official — and built a structured advisory practice around it. Today, I work with high-performing professionals who are at a crossroads — and I help them move forward with the same clarity and conviction I wish I'd had at every major inflection point in my own career.
